How to get to Spotorno

Spotorno is one of the many tourist resorts on the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, located near Savona, from which it is 10 kilometres away.

It is 65 kilometres (an hour’s drive) from Genoa.

The nearest airport is Genoa’s Cristoforo Colombo International Airport.

From here, you can rent a car or take the train.

Spotorno has its own train station just a few minutes from the seafront.

For those arriving by car, from the Spotorno motorway exit, take the SP8 and in a few minutes you will be in the town.

▶ If you need to rent a car, you can compare the offers proposed by rental agencies and save 70% by booking your car on the DiscoverCars portal.

I talk about it HERE.

Where to eat in Spotorno

For a takeaway lunch in fine weather, at Panetteria Profumo di Pane you can find excellent focaccia, pizza, focaccia with cheese, and a wide assortment of brioches and biscuits.

Opening hours: 07:00-20:00, closed on Mondays. Address: via Venezia, 3.

For a restaurant lunch, I recommend A Sigögna instead. The décor is a little dated but the fish is fresh, and the final bill is high but in line with restaurants of this type.

Without a reservation, it is difficult to get a seat. Closed Thursdays.
